Sparkling Confidence on My Journey to Beautiful breasts at TopPlasticSurgeonsMexico

Hello, I'm Sandra, a 32-year-old woman from San Francisco, and I'd love to share my breast augmentation journey with you. It all started in January 2017 when I decided to undergo the procedure in Mexico City. Let me tell you my story...

In my younger days, I was proud of my 32B breasts, almost a C cup. Unfortunately, after breastfeeding for nearly a year, they lost their volume and left me with a barely noticeable A cup. Needless to say, I was quite unhappy with their appearance. Finally, after five years of contemplation, I made the decision to seriously consider breast augmentation. I reached out to two different clinics in Mexico for virtual consultations.

Fortunately, the second clinic I contacted was TopPlasticSurgeonsMexico, and they made all the arrangements for my surgery with the renowned Dr. Juan Bernardo Baltazar Rendón in Mexico City. On a Monday morning, January 30th, I arrived at Mexico City airport, filled with anticipation. Later that evening, I had my first consultation with Dr. Juan Bernardo, and I must say, he was absolutely amazing.

The next day, in the afternoon, I underwent the surgery! I found myself waking up at 6:30 am, unable to fall back asleep due to a mix of excitement and nerves. Finally, at 8:00 am, I decided to take a refreshing shower and cleanse myself with antibacterial soap, preparing myself mentally and physically for the procedure.

Around noon, my helpful assistant, Daniela, picked me up from the hotel, and together, we arrived at the surgical center a bit earlier than scheduled. They guided me to a lovely pre-op room furnished with a cozy bed. A nurse asked me several questions, and then she began the process of starting my IV.

"She administered a pleasant cocktail that induced a slightly strange sensation. It turns out, I have a "Vagiel Response" to IVs or whatever was in that particular mixture!".

She administered a pleasant cocktail that induced a slightly strange sensation. It turns out, I have a "Vagiel Response" to IVs or whatever was in that particular mixture! It was a bit unsettling, as I had never experienced anything like it during my previous C-section. However, I want to assure any nurses reading this that the entire episode lasted only a few minutes, and I quickly recovered.

Regrettably, the doctor was running behind schedule with another surgery, causing an additional hour and a half of waiting time! Eventually, Dr. Juan Bernardo arrived, took measurements, and shortly after, the anesthesiologist came in to provide more information and answer any questions I had. Then, they escorted me into the operating room, and I felt a wave of anxiety as the effects of the cocktail had worn off by that point. As I lay down on the operating table, they swiftly placed an oxygen mask over my face.

Once in the surgery room, my hands were gently secured to ensure I wouldn't interfere with the augmentation procedure. The sedation started taking effect, and the next thing I remember is hearing them mention that they were administering something in my IV to induce sleepiness. I didn't feel drowsy or experience any transitional moments. It was like a sudden blackout, and then I woke up in the recovery room. I felt a significant amount of pain in the center of my chest, but the medical staff promptly provided medication through my IV, which helped alleviate the discomfort within about thirty minutes.

Since then, the only lingering discomfort I've experienced is the pressure in my chest, as if an elephant is sitting on it. Consequently, I've spent most of the day resting, alternating between sleep and watching TV to pass the time. I stayed overnight at the hospital and left the following day in the afternoon. My dedicated assistant picked me up from the hospital and kindly drove me back to the hotel.

In the privacy of my hotel room, I couldn't resist taking a peek at my newly augmented breasts, and to my amazement, they appeared HUGE. I opted for 280cc silicone implants with a moderate-profile placement. Throughout the day, I've been diligent about applying ice to the area, following the advice I received. I've also been proactive about taking Percocet on time to preempt any potential pain, which has worked remarkably well as I haven't experienced much discomfort so far.

Additionally, I've discovered the importance of avoiding lying down completely flat. Instead, I've been sleeping in a recliner or propping myself up on the couch, as getting up from a flat position can be quite painful.

To conclude, that's my experience in Mexico with the Top Plastic Surgeons Mexico clinic and the skilled Dr. Juan Bernardo Baltazar. If you're preparing for your own breast augmentation, I wish you the best of luck! Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
